Can everyone signup to a free/gold membership?
NO. These packages (free/gold) are reserved for automotive dealers only. If you are not an auto dealer and still decide to signup to a free/gold package then you are also advising insideAuto.NET that it is allowed to remove your membership from the insideAuto.NET service with no warning or refund and charge the credit card provided during sign-up a fee of $500USD and an additional $500USD for repeat offenders. We do not wish to do this and the fines only apply at the discretion of insideAuto.NET. We are aware accidents may happen and allowances maybe made if necessary as these fines are here to discourage Internet vandals.

How and when we'll invoice you
We will invoice the yearly subscription fee to your contact details 30 days prior to the anniversary of your subscription until you cancel your subscription. We don't provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, however this is at the discretion of insideAuto.NET.

You can cancel at any time, for any reason
You can cancel for any reason (eg. Your feet smell stranger then usual) and at any time (eg. Monday afternoon between three thirty and three thirty one). Your cancellation will take effect once you have cancelled the service according to the instructions on the My Account page. We don't provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. Once you've cancelled your website will cease and any information entered will be removed.

Changing prices
If we need to change the subscription fee, we will notify you via e-mail, and ask you to accept the new subscription fee charge, or cancel the service. If you don't respond to that e-mail we will invoice you using your contact details with the new rate until you cancel or change your subscription.

What happens if my account is left unpaid?
If you do not pay your invoice's or the credit card provided is not accepted then your website will automatically cease. To prevent any unnecessary loss of data, you will be provided a seven-day window to access your administration area where the overdue invoice maybe paid and your website will be restored.

Communicating with you
We'll need you to maintain a current and working e-mail address while you're using insideAuto.NET. We'll notify you of any important changes to our service. insideAuto.NET may not be held accountable should you not read or receive these e-mails.

Use insideAuto.NET safely!
You use the insideAuto.NET service at your own risk, whether you do so according to our instructions or your own interpretation of good sense. Amongst other things, don't operate the administration area while driving heavy machinery, and please turn off your laptop when ascending to, or descending from, cruising altitude.

Things you can't hold us liable for
By using this site and by registering or subscribing to the insideAuto.NET service you agree that insideAuto.NET isn't liable for any damages resulting from the use (or the inability to use) this website and our services, including but not limited to any goods, data, information or services rented, purchased or obtained; any messages received or sent, or transactions entered into through or from the service; unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or any other matter relating to the service that we haven't thought to include at this time.
You're free to submit information to the insideAuto.NET website and other people are free to read what you've submitted. We may not review such content before it is posted and you'll have to use your own guidance about it's usefulness as information, opinion, advice or comment. As it's someone else's information, please don't hold us liable for it.
When uploading data, information, and vehicle photos using the insideAuto.NET service we require this data, information, photos, and vehicle listings to be true and valid, please report invalid data to support.
If you upload any false or invalid data, or information to the insideAuto.NET service penalties ranging from $1 to $500 per offence may apply and removal of the offending data or information at the discretion of insideAuto.NET. We hope we never have to do this but it should prevent people from signing up for the purpose of uploading pictures and content that not everyone would see as being accommodation related (eg. People on the good foot doing the bad thing and anything else an someone with nothing else to do can think of.)
We promise to do our best to make sure nobody gains unauthorised access to the insideAuto.NET website and your personal information, and in return, you agree not to hold us responsible in the unlikely event that somebody does.
We don't accept responsibility for your actions, or failure to take action, that might arise because you haven't been able to receive e-mails from insideAuto.NET, for whatever reason, or because you just forgot to read them.

Things you can hold us liable for
If you are a resident of Australia, you have certain rights under the Trade Practices Act that you should be aware of that include the right to a refund or exchange of any goods and services that we've supplied or failed to supply.
If you're a citizen of the United States you have certain inaliable rights handed down to you by your forefathers, including the right to arm bears, the right to one phone call (to an agent), and the right to remain silent, which, in our experience, a lot never seem to do. Either way we will do our best to keep you happy.

Changing these terms and conditions
We might think of something later that we need to add to these terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to do so, especially because we'll let you know via e-mail if we do.

Jurisdiction
insideAuto.NET is based in New South Wales, Australia, and so your use of this site needs to be governed by the laws of New South Wales which are pretty much like most other places around the world.
